Pricing I have received a few messages lately about the prices of my work. Despite that I dislike listing my prices and did not do so, I have recently decided to mention the price for my paintings. I will do so for the most recent works. Should you be interested in an older work without a price, please let me know.
For your information, I have a special price point for studies and 'en plein air' work.

Hi! Thanks for checking out my art page. My name is Mike Woning and I love nature, painting and surfing.
My paintings are mostly about what inspires me and sometimes also just about having fun with paint and surprising myself.
Part of the fun in creating is finding inspiration. And it’s this search that has brought me to some very nice places with inspiring vistas. But just as inspiring, or even more so, are the little, often overlooked, nooks and crannies that can be found whilst riding a bike around my hometown Barendrecht. At first sight, maybe not the most evident place to search for beautiful nature. But if you open your eyes, there is beauty all around us: in nature, the trees, the skies and in the ordinary. Sometimes it’s just about seeing it!
Also, once you see the beauty that surrounds us, it’s also about protecting and conserving this beauty: these special places are precious and should be treated as such. I hope my paintings can help and inspire there also.
